Looking for a Fun-venturous way to celebrate
Earth Day with your family?
Join us on an Earth Day GPS Family Fun-Venture!
Learn to use a GPS and follow our Earth Day Fun-Venture trail
to enjoy the outdoors and to learn about

how to help the environment.

The activity includes a half hour introduction to using a GPS. (One GPS will be provided per family).
Families then hike the 1 km Chickadee Loop
(approximately 1 hour), using your GPS to locate
the special Earth Day geocaches along the trail
and learn about our local environment.

This is a family event, and it is recommended
for children age 8 and up.
The activity will run rain or shine –
please dress to be on the trails!
