Looking at mindfulness, trying it on for size in our own lives right here right now. Mindfulness provides a simple but powerful route for getting ourselves unstuck, back into touch with our own wisdom and vitality. Like all the best things in life, mindfulness is better done rather than just talked about.

If you attended the first session of Be Mindful and Bounce Back then this is the session you have been waiting for!  We listened to your feedback and are offering a second session to continue our journey of mindfullness. Although this is series two, anyone is welcome to attend.  If you attended the first session, feel free to bring a friend.
