Paying for prescription drugs

Are your family’s prescription drug costs taking a big chunk out of your income? The Trillium Drug Program may be able to help.

Your pharmacist can provide you with more information about this program, as well as the necessary forms. Or, you can download the forms here.

If you have a child with a disability, see if you qualify for Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities. This program can help cover the child’s prescription drug costs.

Finally, if you pay for your own prescription drugs, but find that you don’t quality for help, you may still be able to keep your prescription drug costs down. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for the versions of the drugs you need that have the lowest costs.
