Parenting can be stressful – BBT Workshops now available!

Public Health Sudbury & Districts is hosting a free 10 Week Bounce Back and Thrive! (BBT) program.

Individuals will learn skills to achieve family calm and happiness:
· Build resilience in every day interactions with your children.
· Let go of stress allowing you to solve problems or conflicts.
· Teach your children to manage anger, frustration and stress.
· Assist your children in improving their confidence and self-esteem.
Resilience skills help parents and their children handle life’s challenges and make use of opportunities to grow and learn. Sessions will occur every Wednesday evening beginning March 13 to May 29, 2019 and Thursday June 6, 2019. This program is available to parents and caregivers of children 8 years old and younger. However this program is for the parents/caregivers only and child care is not available.
Register for this free program by calling 705.522.9200, ext. 427, or visit and to learn more.
