Supporting professional development and ongoing quality improvement for child care program supervisors, or those aspiring to become one.

Financial support is available to eligible applicants in the form of a Leadership education grant, and Leadership travel grant.

Pedagogical Lead - Full Time - Manitoulin Family Resources - Closing date December 13th, 2019

Manitoulin Family Resources requires a Full Time Pedagogical Lead. This position will support Early Childhood Education Pedagogy in alignment with the Ministry of Educations How Does Learning Happen?, and Think, Feel, Act in our Licensed Cantre Based, Home Child Care and Early ON Child and Family Centre programs. This position will work in collaboration with Manitoulin Sudbury District's Pedagogist and the Pedagogical Lead Network.

Deadline for applicants: Friday, December 13th, 2019 at 4:00 pm.

Qu'est-ce une communauté d'apprentissage professionnel?

Un CAP permet de partager et de croître les croissances et les compétences de chacune avec une approche réflexive. Les CAPs consiste d'une équipe de collaboration commune qui se rencontrent formellement don't les discussions, les réflexions et les strategies sont centrées au coeur du développement de l'enfant.

Ce CAP vous prépare pour faciliter vos propres communautés d'apprentissage professionnel pour propager vos connaissances dans le domaine de la petite enfance.
